Prerequisite: Sanctified Mind level 3.
Specifics: You may make a melee attack against a psionics-using creature. If the attack hits, the target must make a save vs 10 + Sanctified Mind level + Wisdom Modifier or lose access to psionics and psi-like abilities for 1d4 rounds. At 5th level, you may use this twice per day.
